About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and of the Yulpo service. By getting started with us or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Yulpo looks after a small business website and keeps it current, including changes you ask Yulpo for, through Muse, or by email. Before you pay, we show you your updated site in private. Yulpo keeps your content current. Themes, plugins, updates, security and backups stay with you, your host or your care plan. Shop and booking pages stay on your WordPress, and Yulpo does not replace them. Setup happens in Muse, with email as a backup. Features marked Next, or available on request, are not part of the service until they are offered to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos, text and other content. You give us permission to use that content to provide the service. Please only send us content you have the right to use.
Payment
Pricing is shown on our pricing page. You see the new version on your own site first, and you only pay when it goes live. Any payment terms will be confirmed with you before you are charged.
Plans
Monthly plan: $99 a month. Keep your look, or pick a Yulpo template for free. You get one template pick at the start, and a switch later on request.
Annual plan: $990 a year. A custom design made for your business. The annual plan includes one custom design per paid year. The custom design is a choice of 3 directions, then up to 2 rounds of changes.
Billing and cancelling
The monthly plan is billed monthly and is month to month. You can cancel anytime, and there is no cancellation fee. The service stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Annual plan: paid yearly. You can cancel anytime with three months notice. We refund any full months left after the notice period, at $82.50 a month, paid once the cancellation is confirmed. If you cancel within the last three months of your year, the plan ends at the end of that year, with no refund and no renewal. Your site, your domain and your custom design stay yours.
If you leave
If you stop using Yulpo, your site, your domain and any design Yulpo made stay yours. Yulpo just stops making changes. Your old WordPress site is never deleted. If you leave, the pages Yulpo made stay up as they are, and we can put your old site back for you. If you’d like an editable WordPress version of your Yulpo design, it’s available on request.
Undoing changes
Undo any day from the last week, or go back to how your site looked 2, 3 or 4 weeks ago. Daily restore points are saved on days Yulpo changes something, and cover the pages Yulpo publishes.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to publish content that infringes the rights of others.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
