What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms we collect what you enter: your business name, email address, and if you add them, your website address, name, phone number and notes. We also keep basic technical information needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To get in touch about your website, or about optional add-ons you ask for
- To prepare your updated site and provide the service if you go ahead
Where it is kept
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores the details you send us through our forms.
How long we keep it
We keep form details for as long as we need them to talk with you, and delete them on request.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information.
Your website content
We look at your existing public website to prepare your updated site, and use that content only to provide the service. When you ask for a free first look, Yulpo reads your public home page once to show you what he noticed.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the details you sent us. Email yulpo@yulpo.com.
If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email yulpo@yulpo.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page.
